In the context of an increasingly digitalized market, Studiogusto had the opportunity to collaborate with Invenio Homes, with the aim of elevating their online presence and optimizing the user experience through intuitive and captivating design.
Invenio Homes, based in the Balearics, is an Iberian company that stands out in the luxury real estate sector, focusing on the management and evolution of a digital platform dedicated to brokers and agencies for the sale of accommodation packages in exclusive properties and locations.
Creation of a Digital Ecosystem
Studiogusto developed the Invenio Homes brand site, creating a user interface that not only reflects the elegance of the brand, but also its dedication to offering luxury real estate services. At the same time, guidelines were established for "Invenio Sales", the site dedicated to the sale of exclusive properties, thus managing a parallel and complementary business.
An Innovative Design System
A DESIGN SYSTEM has been created, a visual and functional framework, which allows you to generate new pages with new content in an efficient and coherent way. This system was fundamental in providing guidelines for the other services offered by Invenio Homes, such as "Invenio Sales", ensuring consistency and continuity between the different platforms and services.
The collaboration between Studiogusto and Invenio Homes has given life to a digital experience that not only enhances the brand's online presence, but also facilitates connection and interaction with brokers and agencies, consolidating its leading position in the luxury real estate sector.
Use of Photography: Images have been used strategically to convey the quality and exclusivity of the properties managed by Invenio Homes.
Colors for Content Clusters: The purposeful use of colors improved the UX, making it easier to navigate and understand the different content focuses.
Infographics: They have been implemented to highlight Invenio's figures and successes, providing a clear and immediate visualization of its achievements.
Microtransitions: They are used to create a fluid and engaging user experience, while the integration of data from the Invenio Homes CRM made it possible to feed infographic content, offering an updated and dynamic visual representation of the information.
